S S Foundry fiberglass cooling towers are developed from reinforced fiber glass and reinforced plastic (F.R.O) casing. Metallic parts of the tower are completely galvanized/ powder coated/ epoxy coated. The steel and wooden tower case results in corrosion resistance and reduction in dry rot problems.

The bottle type design of our towers is highly resistant to strong winds and takes in air from all directions. Thus, it provides greater flexibility in the selection of site as it can be installed irrespective of the prevailing wind direction.

Directly driven axial fan is designed to ensure minimum power consumption, operational noise and operating costs. It is completely free from all problems occurring due to belt & gear drives.

Multi blade rotary drift eliminator is specially designed to reduce the carry over losses. Due to the drift eliminator, the drift loss is never beyond 0.3% to 5%.

The F.R.P water collection sump configured in our towers is leak proof and avoids spillage.

Water distribution becomes highly efficient & orifice blockages are not easily compromised.

Honey comb fills provide more contact area by braking air & water into several segments uniformly.

Three to four times more life as compared to ordinary towers.

Our towers are free from fungus as no wood is used therein.

Our cooling towers come with ready connections.

Efficient modular designed allows it to occupy less operational space. Floor area is about 0.5 sq. ft per ton & it weights 15 to 20 kg / RT.
