BIOGAS UPGRADING PSA
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is helpful in separating gases, especially in landfills. Gases are adsorbed and desorbed due to different levels of pressure. Desulphurization enables PSA to separate gases, yielding biomethane with 97% purity. It also eliminates H2S and reclaims CO2. Our PSA system is energy-efficient and has a throughput rate of up to 3,000 Nm3/hr.

Integrating carbon dioxide capture and storage (CCS) technology at biogas plants can lead to negative emissions of the gas, depending on how biogas is utilized. GAS LAB's pure liquid CO2 recovery technology, developed and commercialized as one of the first such systems in the world, can recover up to 99.9% of CO2.
WATER ABSORPTION

Water absorption-based biogas enrichment is an inexpensive and straightforward technology that upgrades biogas by leveraging the higher solubility of CO2 in water compared to methane. This technology is especially suitable for small to medium-sized biogas plants in rural areas due to its simplicity, and low operating cost.
